1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ArchFit's website and services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Description of Service

ArchFit provides software architecture risk assessment, dependency mapping, and health intelligence tools. The Service allows users to upload, connect, or generate documentation and configurations (collectively "Content") for the purpose of receiving an AI-generated technical analysis and narrative.

3. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Intellectual Property & Your Content

Your Rights: You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. ArchFit does not claim ownership of the code, documents, or architectures you submit.

Our Rights: The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ArchFit and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or one-time basis ("Paid Services"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis depending on the type of subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or ArchFit cancels it.

6. Limitation of Liability

The reports and risk intelligence provided by ArchFit are generated primarily by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, the results are intended as advisory "snapshots" and should not replace professional engineering judgment. In no event shall ArchFit, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
